He holds a Master of Business Laws degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore where he specialized in Banking, Intellectual Property, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Laws. He also has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Management Science) degree from National P.G. College.

With years of experience, he excels in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, protecting intellectual property rights, and handling trademark and copyright issues. He also specializes in private equity and venture capital transactions, compliance, privacy and data protection, and white-collar crime.
